Why is my profile not showing up in the directory?

NOTE: Vendor Profiles typically take at least 24 hours to populate in our system.

Troubleshooting

  1. Has it been 24 hours since account creation? If you have created your profile in the last 24 hours, your profile may not be visible in the directory but is available and ready to edit.
  2. Have you set a location or category? If you have waited longer than 24 hours and your profile is not appearing in the directory, please confirm that you have set a location or category.
  3. Does your Profile URL include special characters (!, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, (, ), +)? If so, try using alpha-numeric symbols (numbers and letters) and dash separators "-" in your URL.
