Content Removal Policy
1. Removal Request Process:
- At any time, for any reason, any party involved in the event featured in a published content piece on our Editorial Feed or Social Media Accounts may request the removal of the content, either in part or in full.
- Removal requests must be submitted in writing to legal@stylemepretty.com or another support email, clearly specifying the content piece to be removed and the reason for the request.
2. Timely Removal:
- Upon receipt of a valid removal request, our team will promptly review the request and, if validated, will initiate the removal process within 3-5 business days.
3. Reinstatement of Content:
- To reinstate any content piece that has been removed, the Submitting Vendor must:
- a. Provide a signed release form confirming the content's legitimacy and rights for publication.
- b. Obtain a signed consent form from the party that requested the takedown, indicating their approval for the content to be republished at a later date. We make no guarantees of republication and will assess each request on a case-by-case basis.
4. Responsibility of Submitting Vendor:
- It is the responsibility of the Submitting Vendor to ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit content for publication.
- Submitting Vendors are responsible for obtaining any additional permissions required to reinstate removed content but we make no guarantees of republication and will assess each request on a case-by-case basis.
5. Our Team's Discretion:
- Our team reserves the right to exercise discretion in evaluating removal requests and in considering requests for content reinstatement. Due to the privacy requirements of those enjoying the events that we feature, we may decide it is in the best interest of all parties to remove content from our website, social media, or other platforms.
6. Record Keeping:
- Our team will maintain records of all removal requests, release forms, and consent forms for reference and compliance purposes.
7. Compliance with Laws:
- This policy complies with all applicable laws and regulations governing content removal and publication. If regulatory or legal requirements of a particular jurisdiction supersede this policy, we will always choose to adhere to those requirements.
